Delete your HeardThat data

HeardThat, from Singular Hearing, doesn't have user accounts. It only sends us data when you choose to send feedback from the app. To have feedback you sent deleted:

1. Email privacy@singularhearing.com with the subject "Delete my HeardThat data".

2. Send it from the email address you used for the feedback, or tell us that address.

3. Give the date you sent the feedback. An approximate date is fine.

What we delete: everything from that feedback: your message, any recordings you attached, and the session diagnostics that came with it. We'll confirm by email when it's done.

Recordings on your phone stay on your device and are never uploaded unless you attach them to feedback. Uninstalling HeardThat removes them.
