Singular Hearing named first runner-up in the What’s Next Business Plan Competition at the 17th What’s Next Longevity Venture Summit

Vancouver, BC -- August 19, 2020 -- Singular Hearing, a subsidiary of Singular Software and creator of HeardThat, announced today its HeardThat App was named the first runner-up of the What’s Next Business Plan Competition at the What’s Next Longevity Venture Summit on July 21. Judges evaluated more than 60 business plans that addressed the needs of older adults in the times of COVID-19. 

This distinction follows its win in the What's Next Innovation Challenge sponsored by AARP Innovation Labs held June 25 during the same summit.  

HeadThat is software that turns  smartphones into powerful hearing assistance devices. The ground-breaking solution uses AI and machine learning to separate noise from voices.
